Concrete Pool Construction We build commercial and residential concrete pools. Our work ranges from older pool modernization to exotic residential pools, commercial pools and water-feature-packed water parks. We have a full-time engineer on staff who designs and supervises every project. Our pool designs and materials are based on two considerations: function and aesthetics. The luster of a beautiful pool can fade quickly if the pool cannot be maintained with ease, or if the construction quality or materials are not optimal.
Our concrete pool construction policy is: 1. We will attempt to beat any concrete pool builder’s pricing.
2. We will double any builder’s warranties across the board –
on the pool and the equipment.
3. We will include a no-charge upgrade.
We can do this because many pool builders sub-contract most phases of their construction process. We perform most, if not all, of our construction with our own seasoned, skilled employees – this ensures that each phase is completed properly and completely. In addition to quality workmanship, using our own employees also gives us control of materials, phase overlaps, and, importantly, scheduling. If you have any concerns, or in-process changes, you will not have to work through various departments (sales, customer service, construction, etc.) but will communicate directly with the company owner to ensure that all issues are addressed expeditiously and efficiently.
